School Complaints Procedure
The headteacher, governors and school staff work very hard to build positive relationships with parents, carers and members of the community. Because of this, complaints are kept to a minimum. However, if you need to make a complaint, the procedure for doing so is attached below.
We are always eager to hear from our children and their parents/carers about their experiences at Hurst Drive Primary School and how we can improve the services that we provide.
