Image of the week

New this Spring!

As part of helping our children to think about and question the world around them we will be starting a new 'image of the week' initiative starting in the Spring Term 2023. Not only do we hope to inspire and excite our children with these images and get them talking, but this also gives us the chance to introduce more artists to them which complements what they learn through art classes in school. 

We would love our parents and families to join in with thinking and talking about our images so each week we will post them in our newsletter and here on our website. Please do talk with your children about the images, anything you do together as result of this we would love to hear about. Perhaps you'll do some art work at home, maybe find out more about the artist, maybe just talk about how the image makes you feel. Sometimes the artworks we share will be ones you can go and see in one of our free London art galleries, where this is the case, we'll let you know.
